I specialize in transforming gourds into dynamic works of art.  Using various techniques and materials, I push the limits as to what gourds can be, while being sure not to hide the fact that each piece is created from a gourd(s).  I strive to show my love and respect of nature in my art.  I grow many of the gourds myself, and try to use techniques and materials that are gentle to the earth.  Many of my pieces feature wildlife I have personally witnessed.
